Kait McJenkin joined Refine as a licensed esthetician, and dual-certified laser technician in 2025. She specializes in advanced skin correction, laser and light-based treatments, and comprehensive skin health.

Kait is trained in medical aesthetics and works with sophisticated clinical technologies and treatment modalities designed to address pigmentation, vascular concerns, sun damage, texture, signs of aging, and overall skin quality. She performs Refine’s advanced laser and light treatments, including IPL, nd:YAG, and fractional skin resurfacing with the Candela Nordlys platform, as well as SkinPen microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, and customized device-based facial treatments.

Kait approaches skin the same way Refine approaches aesthetics as a whole: thoughtfully, progressively, and with a safe, evidence-based plan.

Rather than simply treating what is visible on the surface, she considers the health of the skin, treatment history, lifestyle, tolerance, goals, and how different modalities can work together over time. Her focus is not a temporary “glow” or relaxation, but healthier, more resilient skin and results patients can maintain.

Known for her kind, welcoming nature and meticulous attention to detail, Kait has a gift for making advanced treatments feel approachable. She takes the time to educate patients about what they are experiencing, why a particular treatment has been recommended, what to expect during recovery, and how to protect and extend their results at home.

She works closely alongside Refine’s medical providers so that skincare, laser, regenerative treatments, and injectables complement one another rather than existing as disconnected services. That collaborative approach allows patients to receive truly comprehensive care while maintaining the conservative, natural philosophy that defines Refine.

For Kait, beautiful skin isn’t about perfection. It’s about helping patients understand their skin, treat the concerns that matter to them, and feel confident caring for it for years to come.

Kait also calls Lake Oconee home and enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend and their two dogs, friends, and family when she isn’t “nerding out” on all things skincare!
