Nick Theilig is Refine’s Practice Manager and Patient Experience Coordinator, overseeing the day-to-day operations that allow exceptional patient care to feel seamless.
As Practice Manager, Nick works closely with Refine’s clinical team to coordinate scheduling, patient communication, memberships, treatment planning logistics, inventory, vendor relationships, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep the practice running at the standard our patients expect.
But his role extends well beyond operations.
Nick is an integral part of the Refine experience—and often the first familiar face patients see when they walk through our doors. He understands that aesthetic and wellness care can feel personal and, at times, vulnerable. His ability to anticipate needs, remember the details, and make people feel genuinely welcome helps create an environment that is polished and professional without ever feeling intimidating. While being meticulous with every minute detail, Nick maintains a down to earth, judgement-free space for patients to come as they are and feel accepted and appreciated.
Nick is also a ZO® Skin Health pro, with extensive product knowledge and a genuine passion for helping patients understand medical-grade skincare. Working alongside the clinical team, he helps patients navigate recommended regimens, understand how products fit into their larger treatment plans, and build realistic routines they can actually maintain.
That combination of operational leadership and patient connection makes Nick an essential part of what happens both in front of and behind the scenes at Refine.
